NDARO（国家抗生素耐药性生物体数据库）是由NCBI维护的中央数据枢纽，旨在为研究人员提供抗生素耐药性(AMR)数据，以促进病原体的实时监测。该数据库是跨机构合作的结果，收集和提供遗传及抗生素敏感性数据，并开发了AMRFinderPlus等工具来识别细菌基因组中的AMR基因。NDARO (National Antibiotic Resistance Organisms Database) is a central data hub maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), which aims to provide researchers with antibiotic resistance (AMR) data to facilitate real-time surveillance of pathogens. This database is the outcome of cross-institutional collaboration, collecting and providing genetic and antibiotic susceptibility data, and has developed tools such as AMRFinderPlus to identify AMR genes in bacterial genomes.
