We report a bulk transcriptomic dataset and a multiomic dataset of human anterior temporal lobe to identify gene expression changes and epigenetic signatures after electrical stimulation. We also report a bulk transcriptomic dataset of mouse auditory cortex. We performed bulk RNA sequencing gene expression analysis obtained from human anterior temporal lobe for two paradigms: the stimulated paradigm (subject4-7 stimulated vs. subject4-7 baseline) and the unstimulated paradigm (unstimulated vs baseline). We performed multiomic sequencing (snRNA-seq + snATAC-seq) obtained from from human anterior temporal lobe of 2 groups (stimulated4B+5B+6B vs. baseline4A+5A+6A). We also performed bulk RNA sequencing gene expression analysis obtained from mouse auditory cortex for the stimulated paradigm (samples 1, 2, 5 and 7).

本研究报道了人类颞前叶的批量转录组(bulk transcriptomic)数据集与多组学(multiomic)数据集,旨在识别电刺激后的基因表达变化与表观遗传特征。本研究同时还报道了小鼠听觉皮层的批量转录组数据集。针对人类颞前叶样本,我们开展了两种实验范式下的批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)基因表达分析:其一为刺激范式(受试者4-7刺激组 vs 受试者4-7基线组),其二为非刺激范式(非刺激组 vs 基线组)。针对两组源自人类颞前叶的样本,我们开展了多组学测序(单细胞核RNA测序(snRNA-seq)+单细胞核转座酶可及性测序(snATAC-seq))分析,两组分别为刺激组(4B、5B、6B)与基线组(4A、5A、6A)。针对小鼠听觉皮层样本,我们同时开展了刺激范式下的批量RNA测序基因表达分析,所用样本为1、2、5及7号样本。
