Enterobacter sp. I4 strain:I4 Genome sequencing and assembly

The necessity to identify new innovative compounds for treatment of diseases, such as the use of natural products from biological sources has grown over the years. This is due to factors such as microbial drug resistance. In this study, the main goal was to isolate endophytes that can produce active compounds that have effects against Mycobacterium bovis which causes bovine tuberculosis but also infects human through consumption of unpasteurized dairy products such as milk.
