This study verified the effect of suppression of LAP3(Leucine aminopeptidase 3) expression, which is one of the aminopeptidases, on myogenic differentiation ability. LAP3 expression was suppressed by siRNA in the mouse myoblast cell line C2C12, and RNA was extracted 2 days after for RNAseq analysis. Scramble-siRNA was used as a control sample. RNAseq analysis was performed using DNBSEQ-G400 (MGI).
