2.数据检测：样品经前处理后，根据GB5009.12-2017第二法检测原则，利用YQ519 ICP-MS进行检测，得出数据。3.数据判定：铅含量计算，X=[(C1 - C0)x f x V ]/（m x 1000)。X为试样铅含量，单位为mg/kg；C1为样品测得值，单位μg/L；C0为空白测得值，单位μg/L；f为稀释倍数；m为试样质量，单位g；V为定容体积，单位mL；干果干制品中铅含量技术指标为≤0.2mg/kg。 4.数据应用：通过抽检数据分析研判，我们可以判断干果干制品中铅含量是否符合国家食品安全标准，为监管提供技术支撑和数据依据。

Long-term consumption of food with excessive lead content will severely affect the brain and nervous system. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the lead content of dried fruits and dried products circulating in the market. Based on the test data, we can judge whether the lead content of dried fruits and dried products meets the national food safety standards, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments and further ensuring consumer food safety. 1. Sample Source: All nuts sampled in this project are sourced from dried fruits and dried products sold by market entities in the circulation links within the market. 2. Data Detection: After pre-treatment, the samples were tested using YQ519 ICP-MS in accordance with the second method specified in GB 5009.12-2017, and the test data were obtained. 3. Data Judgment: The lead content is calculated by the formula: X = [(C1 - C0) × f × V] / (m × 1000). X represents the lead content of the test sample, with the unit of mg/kg; C1 is the measured value of the sample, with the unit of μg/L; C0 is the measured value of the blank, with the unit of μg/L; f is the dilution factor; m is the mass of the test sample, with the unit of g; V is the constant volume, with the unit of mL. The technical index of lead content in dried fruits and dried products is ≤0.2 mg/kg. 4. Data Application: Through the analysis and research of the sampling inspection data, we can judge whether the lead content of dried fruits and dried products meets the national food safety standards, providing technical support and data basis for supervision.
