Modelled CO₂ fluxes from Auckland, New Zealand's urban terrestrial biosphere

Biosphere fluxes from the terrestrial biosphere in the Auckland Region modelled at an hourly timestep on a 500m spatial grid with the Urban Vegetation Photosynthesis and Respiration Model (urbanVPRM). Included are GEE, NEE, Ra, Re and Rh. The model parameters were the deciduous broadleaf forest parameters published by Mahadevan et al (2008). urbanVPRM was driven by incoming shortwave radiation and 2-metre air temperature from the ERA5 reanalysis product, reflectances from the MODIS MCD43A4 product, and impervious surface area data from the Global Man-made Impervious Surface Dataset From Landsat. This specific set of fluxes was used for an atmospheric transport model inversion for Auckland, New Zealand. A manuscript that uses these fluxes is currently under review.
