Whole genome Shotgun sequencing Project of healthy and infected leaves of khasi mandarin

Leaves of healthy trees and infected trees with visible signs of and greening were collected from orchards of assam for metagenomic analysis. This is first metagenomic endophytic data reported from khasi mandarin of Northeast India. This study provides insight into the endophytic differences in healthy and infected khasi mandarin.
