High-Throughput Screening of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Genome for 2-Amino-3-Methylimidazo [4,5-f] Quinoline Resistance Identifies Colon Cancer-Associated Genes

162 genes were identified as conferring resistance to 2-amino-3-methylimidazo[4,5-f]quinoline (IQ) and 334 genes were identified as conferring resistance to bioactivated IQ.本数据集中共鉴定得到162个可赋予对2-氨基-3-甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹啉（IQ）抗性的基因，以及334个可赋予对经生物活化的IQ抗性的基因。
