2019-2021年不同产地的12个苹果品种品质指标数据集

该数据集通过从不同生产地（山东、辽宁、河北、山西）采集乔纳金、金冠、华红、寒富、国光、斗南、华月、瑞香红、瑞阳、瑞雪、华庆、维纳斯黄金等12个苹果品种，收集整理了2019-2021年12个苹果品种果实的品质指标，包括硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、破裂力、破裂位移、破裂功、屈服力、屈服功、屈服位移、屈服功、果肉硬度、果肉做功、L*值、b*值、c*值、h*值，共19个品质指标。对不同苹果品种的品质指标建立与共享数据集，可让大众更加清晰地认识到苹果品种之间的性状差异，有针对性地开展育种与加工工作，同时还可以筛选出性状表现突出的品种，去选择其更加适宜销售的地域。

This dataset was constructed by collecting 12 apple cultivars including Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Huahong, Hanfu, Guoguang, Dounan, Huayue, Ruixianghong, Ruiyang, Ruixue, Huaqing and Venus Gold from four major production areas: Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei and Shanxi. A total of 19 fruit quality indices of these cultivars from 2019 to 2021 were collected and organized, including firmness, soluble solids content (SSC), titratable acid (TA), vitamin C, respiration rate, ethylene production rate, breaking force, breaking displacement, breaking work, yield force, yield work, yield displacement, yield work, flesh firmness, flesh work, L* value, b* value, c* value and h* value. Establishing and sharing this dataset enables the public to clearly recognize the trait differences among apple varieties, carry out targeted breeding and processing work, screen out cultivars with excellent trait performance, and select more suitable sales regions for them.
