CCSEM-EDX data for morphology and elemental composition of aerosol particles in Handan City, an industrial hub of the North China Plain.

Data on the morphology and elemental composition of 8,129 aerosol particles collected in Handan City and analyzed with CCSEM-EDX. The SEM and EDX analyses were conducted under consistent operating conditions for all samples, using an accelerating voltage of 20 keV and a working distance of 5-10 mm in high-vacuum mode.
