Implementation-facing artifact workbook for harmonizing Japanese thoracic surgery real-world data to the OMOP CDM

This Zenodo record archives the Appendix A workbook, the implementation-facing artifact workbook accompanying the manuscript “Harmonizing Japanese Thoracic Surgery Real-World Data to the OMOP CDM.” The workbook is the reusable artifact package intended for local adaptation and implementation. It contains the MDE-to-OMOP mapping inventory, dictionary templates, unit-routing rules, exception registry, mapping-linked test-case specifications, DQ/QA linkages, and artifact versioning fields. It does not contain patient-level data. The policy documents that explain and govern selected parts of this workbook are provided as supplementary files with the manuscript. This Zenodo record is intended to provide a citable, versioned release of the implementation-facing workbook. Version v1.0.0 corresponds to the implementation-facing Appendix A workbook prepared for the initial manuscript submission. If the manuscript or artifact is revised during peer review, updated versions will be archived as subsequent Zenodo versions.
