Supplementary Figure S2: Full immunohistochemistry (IHC) images

This dataset contains the full, uncropped immunohistochemistry (IHC) images used to quantify the expression of TGF-β1, phosphorylated p38 MAPK, and fibronectin (FN) in the study "Acupotomy Bleeding Therapy Attenuates Chronic Pharyngitis via TGF-β1/p38 MAPK-Fibronectin Pathway: A Preliminary Mechanistic Study".<b>Experimental Groups:</b> Control, Model, and ABLT treatment groups (as described in S1).<b>Target Proteins:</b> TGF-β1, p38 MAPK, Fibronectin (FN).<b>Image Details:</b> Images are provided for all animals and technical replicates analyzed in the study. Brownish-yellow DAB staining indicates positive expression. These full images provide the complete context for the quantitative data (Integrated Optical Density, IOD/Area) presented in the main manuscript and demonstrate the specificity of the antibody staining. They are essential for transparency and reproducibility of the IHC results.<b>Note on Quantification:</b> The quantitative analysis derived from these images is detailed in Supplementary Table S1. One outlier in the ABLT group for FN (IOD/Area = 0.010508) was excluded from the final statistical analysis.
