Dear Scientist!This database contains data collected due to conducting study: "Trap levels analysis in MWIR InAs/InAsSb T2SL photodiode" funded by National Science Centre Poland (Grant reference 2022/45/B/ST7/01393). The file structure results from the output data obtained by different measurement methods (photoluminescence, spectral response measurements, DLTS). You can find a following folders and files:SR_70K (.csv) - detector spectral response measurements at 70 K;SR_300K (.csv) - detector spectral response measurements at 300 K;PL_60K (.DPT) - photoluminescence measurements at 60 K;PL_160K (.DPT) - photoluminescence measurements at 160 K;PL_300K (.DPT) - photoluminescence measurements at 60 K;PL_Power_law (.xlsx) - developed graphs of PL peak energy and PL peak intensity versus excitation power at 60 K;DLTS (.xlsx) - developed graphs of the emission rate obtained in the DLTS measurements;Alpha_APSYS (.xlsx) - the absorption coefficient and the transition energies between the minibands of the InAs/InAsSb superlattice calculated in the APSYS program.Good luck with your research!
