Interfering with glycolysis potentiates the long-term effect of local tumor ablation via CD8+TCM cell differentiation [MWA+PBS or MWA+2DG]

To evaluate the genetic changes of systemic CD8+T cells induced by microwave ablation(MWA+PBS) or microwave ablation combined with 2DG(MWA+2DG),We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different spleens from two group of mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for CD8+T cells isolated from spleens of mice on day 35 in MWA+PBS or MWA+2DG groups.
