Effects of fertilization on soil microbial community in rhizosphere and bulk soils of sugarcane fields

This study aims to elucidate the impacts of fertilization on soil microbial communities in both rhizosphere and non - rhizosphere soils of sugarcane fields. We collected soil samples at mature stage. Through 16S rRNA gene sequencing for bacterial community analysis and ITS sequencing for fungal community analysis, we will analyze the changes in microbial diversity and community structure. This research can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing fertilization strategies in sugarcane cultivation to promote sustainable agriculture
