仓储管理是生产企业的重要管理环节。智能仓储分拣模型的目标是在最短的时间内完成所有分拣任务,并保证分拣的准确性。它通过利用机器扫描、物体识别等技术来实现智能的货物分拣。并按入库数量,将不同数量的产品分门别类运送到不同的仓储区域。提高仓储效率、减少人力成本,为全行业企业和有仓储需求企业更准确、快速、便捷的完成入库产品分拣提供数据支持。1.数据采集: 通过红外传感器采集本企业入仓输送线上产品货箱条码,将采集到的条码转换为字符串,自动匹配系统内对应产品ID。

Warehouse management is a crucial management segment for manufacturing enterprises. The goal of the intelligent warehouse sorting model is to complete all sorting tasks in the shortest possible time while guaranteeing sorting accuracy. It realizes intelligent cargo sorting by utilizing technologies such as machine scanning and object recognition, and transports products of different quantities to distinct warehouse areas in a categorized manner based on inbound shipment volume, so as to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce labor costs, and provide data support for enterprises across all industries and those with warehouse storage demands to complete inbound product sorting more accurately, rapidly and conveniently.
1. Data Collection: Collect the barcodes of product boxes on the enterprise's inbound conveyor line via infrared sensors, convert the collected barcodes into character strings, and automatically match them with the corresponding product IDs in the system.
2. Data Analysis: Classify and sort the products on the conveyor line according to their product IDs and batch numbers.
3. Calculate the daily inbound quantity Y of the product based on its product ID and batch number. Then compute the number of boxes required to fill a single pallet X = (Pallet Length × Pallet Width × 0.9m - Pallet Allowance Value) / (Box Length × Box Width × Box Height) (rounded down). If Y > X, the system will send an instruction to the robotic arm for palletizing and storage after gathering X boxes of products on the conveyor line; if Y ≤ X, the system will send the palletizing instruction for storage after gathering Y boxes.
