MNase stratification reveals heterogeneous 5hmC in naive B cells

This dataset contains genome-wide 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) profiles in naive murine B cells (C57BL/6J). Cells were subjected to MNase digestion for nucleosome-protected fragments or sonication for genome-wide fragments, followed by 5hmC enrichment (hMe-Seal) and high-throughput Illumina sequencing. The data capture nucleosome-associated 5hmC as well as minor accessible and protected subsets, providing a resource for studying 5hmC distribution and chromatin context in naive murine B cells.
