HLA-DRB1*03 and DRB1*03:01 in NMOSD: Meta-Analysis Data and Analysis Code

This deposit contains the analysis code (R) and extracted study-level data underlying the systematic review and meta-analysis "HLA-DRB1*03:01 as a Cross-Ancestry Susceptibility Allele for AQP4-IgG-Seropositive NMOSD: a resolution-stratified systematic review and meta-analysis" by Borba e Silva et al. Thirteen case-control studies (1,046 NMOSD patients; 11,256 controls) were included, with an additional inclusion-sensitivity study (Alvarenga 2017). Two parallel meta-analyses were performed: chromosome-level HLA-DRB1*03 (k = 5; pooled OR 1.95, 95% CI 1.44–2.63) and phenotype-level HLA-DRB1*03:01 (k = 3; pooled OR 3.21, 95% CI 2.45–4.20). An exploratory ecological meta-regression on cohort AQP4-IgG seropositivity is also included. The R script reproduces all figures and pooled estimates reported in the manuscript.
