TFMEA supplementary material

This repository contains the input data, Python script, and results from the Monte-Carlo simulation presented in the manuscript titled "Testing-FMEA and the Evidence-Weighted Risk Index (EWRI)" submitted to IEEE Transactions. The core contribution of the study is an enhanced failure mode prioritization method—EWRI—that integrates empirical process capability (CpK) into traditional FMEA scoring. This dataset supports the statistical analysis performed in the paper, including risk ranking comparisons between EWRI and conventional RPN.
