README – Orthostatic Hypotension Intervention Dataset (Master Dataset) Study Title:Effectiveness of Leg Exercise and Hydration on Orthostatic Hypotension Among Schizophrenia Patients Overview:This master dataset contains anonymized individual-level data from a quasi-experimental study of 180 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia who were assigned to one of four groups:0 = Control1 = Leg exercise + hydration2 = Leg exercise only3 = Hydration (water consumption) only For each participant, the dataset includes:- Group allocation- Demographic characteristics (age, sex, education)- Health behavior (smoking status)- Changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg) at multiple timepoints after standing during screening (Day 0) and during five consecutive intervention days (Day 1–Day 5). Files:1. Dataset_OH_Intervention_Master.xlsx - Excel version of the anonymized master dataset.2. Dataset_OH_Intervention_Master.csv - CSV version of the anonymized master dataset.3. DataDictionary_OH_Intervention_Master.xlsx - Variable names, types, and descriptions for all columns.4. DataDictionary_OH_Intervention_Master.csv - CSV version of the data dictionary. Key Variables:- AnonID: Anonymous participant code (P001, P002, ..., P180).- Intervensi: Numeric intervention group code (0=Control, 1=Leg exercise + hydration, 2=Leg exercise only, 3=Hydration only).- GroupLabel: Text label for the intervention group.- Age: Age in years.- GenderCode / GenderLabel: Sex (1=Male, 2=Female).- EducCode / EducLabel: Highest level of education.- SmokeCode / SmokeLabel: Smoking status (0=Non-smoker, 1=Smoker).- Diastolic BP change variables (ScSelDM*, H1SelDM*, ..., H5SelDM*).- Systolic BP change variables (columns with 'Selisih' or 'Sistole' in the name). Ethics and Confidentiality:All data have been fully de-identified. No names, medical record numbers, or other direct identifiers are included.
