CLINICAL AND FUNCTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF INDIVIDUALIZED PHARMACOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE
收藏资源简介:
This study evaluates the clinical and functional effectiveness of individualized pharmacotherapy in patients with chronic heart failure. The assessment focused on the main clinical symptoms, physical activity, cardiac function, and overall clinical status during treatment. Individualized pharmacotherapy was based on the selection and adjustment of medications according to cardiac function, blood pressure, renal function, heart rhythm, and individual treatment response. During the follow-up period, a reduction in major symptoms, improved exercise tolerance, and positive changes in cardiac functional parameters were observed. The findings indicate that individualized pharmacotherapy may contribute to clinical stabilization, improved functional capacity, and better overall outcomes in patients with chronic heart failure.
