<b>Supplemental Figure 1. Gating strategy for renal flow cytometric analysis.</b> Representative flow cytometry plots are shown to illustrate the gating strategy used to identify renal immune cell populations. Kidney single-cell suspensions were gated sequentially on singlets, live cells, and CD45⁺ leukocytes. Specific immune subsets were defined as follows: CD11b⁺ myeloid cells, CD11b⁺F4/80⁺CD206⁺ M2-like macrophages, CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺ regulatory T cells (Tregs), and CD1d tetramer⁺TCRβ⁺ NKT cells. This gating strategy was applied uniformly across all experimental groups.
