MEDIATION AS AN IMPORTANT TOOL AND METHOD OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

This study examines the role of mediation as an effective and strategic mechanism for the peaceful resolution of conflicts in international relations within the context of globalization and multiculturalism. Mediation is analyzed as a tool that facilitates dialogue, balances the interests of conflicting parties, and promotes mutual understanding, thereby preventing the escalation of disputes into armed conflicts. The research highlights the growing importance of mediation in addressing political, economic, social, and intercultural conflicts, emphasizing its contribution to long-term stability, human rights protection, and global economic security.
