Relationship ties between the members of the Brazilian National Monetary Council (1995-2018) and the dominant class

This database aims to evaluate the relationship between the affiliation of members of the National Monetary Council between 1995 and 2018 with orthodox ideology and their link with the dominant class, the bourgeoisie. The criterion for analysis was the members of the Council who scored, in the orthodoxy index published in the \"Orthodoxy Index of members of the National Monetary Council (1995-2018)\" database, above 2 and below -2, thus eliminating advisers with intermediate ideological links. The variables for the database analysis are the Discursive Link, that is, whether their speeches are functional to the bourgeoisie; the Objective Link, that is, whether or not they have the means of production; and their Decision-Making Link, which means whether their decisions regarding their personal career are functional to the bourgeoisie.
