Understanding the impact of rhizobia inoculation on rhizosphere microorganisms and forage yield is the key to optimizing the mixed sowing of rice and beans. We evaluated the effects of the original and diluted rhizobium inoculants on feed biomass, soil properties and rhizosphere bacterial communities. Two inoculation treatments were adopted for field trials. Microorganisms were evaluated by 16S rRNA sequencing. This data is the original data of the paper.
