Supporting data for "Dysregulation of Ral GTPase-Activating Protein Complex activates RalA signaling and supports metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma through intrinsic and extracellular vesicle-dependent manners"

This dataset contains the function of RalGAP complex and RalA in HCC. It includes the clinical analysis if qPCR, RNA-sequencing, and targeting sequencing of HCC patients. The RalA and RalGAP manipulated cells confirmation and functional assays were included. In addition, a specific inhibitor RBC8 was invesgated in vitro and in vivo. Also, the sEV related information and functional assays with RalA manipulation was included. Lastly, all animal models and data were included.
