We established MYF5-tdTomato and PAX7-Venus knock in human induced pluripotency stem cells (hiPS). Then, we differentiated the reporter hiPS cell to skeletal muscle stem cells (hiPS-MuSC) by using a step wise differentiation method. MYF5-tdtomato-positive and PAX7-Venus-positive cells were FACS sorted at day 42 and 84 of differentiation. To transcriptomically compare the sorted cells, RNA-sequencing was performed. Here we made the sequencing data available.
