Impacts of Gli1 on Fibro/Adipogenic Progenitors Adipogenesis

Glioma-associated oncogene 1 (Gli1) is a key transcriptional activator downstream of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. However, its role in muscle repair remains poorly understood. In our study, we demonstrated that the loss of Gli1 in fibro/adipogenic progenitors (FAPs) enhances FAP adipogenesis. Here, we present the raw mRNA sequencing data from both Gli1-deficient and control FAPs after 6 days of adipogenic induction.
