Dataset and Scripts for "Marine prokaryotic DNA viruses carry auxiliary metabolic genes with biotechnological potential"

This repository contains the supplementary dataset and scripts associated with the article “Marine prokaryotic DNA viruses carry auxiliary metabolic genes with biotechnological potential”. Data/ contains raw, intermediate and processed datasets, as well as all true viral contig and AVG sequences in fasta format. Scripts/ includes bash/R scripts used for bioinformatic processing, data analysis and figure generation. An additional README.txt file with brief descriptions is included for clarification purposes.
