"This dataset provides a combined transmission and distribution test system for power system research. The distribution network is based on the IEEE 33-bus radial system. A simplified transmission interface is included to represent the upstream grid. The attached picture shows the high level overview of the network. The load data is developed using the CLARC framework and is based on socioeconomic data from Garden City, Kansas. The dataset includes both electrical load values and additional social and economic attributes. These attributes can support studies related to load prioritization, resilience, and restoration planning.The dataset contains four main parts: bus data, line data, transmission interface data, and load attribute data. All data are provided in structured Excel format.This dataset is intended for research on power system operation under normal and extreme conditions. It can be used for optimization, resilience analysis, and decision-making studies that combine technical and socioeconomic factors."
