Data and code for Mixing and capture limits in copper nanoparticle production by electrical wire explosion
收藏资源简介:
This release contains data, computational models and code supporting the manuscript Mixing and capture limits in copper nanoparticle production by electrical wire explosion, by Wenli Zhu, Jiann-Wen Woody Ju and Liang Zhu. The archive includes copper-wire experimental summary tables, figure data and experimental image assets, analytical checks, MATLAB population-balance and transport calculations, COMSOL model files, solver outputs and numerical verification records. The calculations examine axial heat transport, Brownian coagulation, internal transport, partially absorbing collection, source placement and pulsed production. Data provenance, run order, software requirements and the relation between files and manuscript figures are documented in the archive. MATLAB R2026a and COMSOL Multiphysics 6.4 are external software requirements for the corresponding model reruns; proprietary solver software is not distributed. Numerical model scenarios are identified separately from experimental observations. This is a research-data release associated with a manuscript prepared for journal submission. Licensing: original data, model files, figures and documentation are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0); original source code is licensed under the MIT License. The archive specifies file-level license scope and retains applicable third-party attribution. Manuscript drafts, editorial reviews, administrative correspondence and third-party article full texts are excluded. Funding: industry support project of Gansu Provincial Department of Education (2023CYZC-22); National Natural Science Foundation of China (51765038 and 61866021); Research Start-up Funds for Newly Recruited Talents for Northwest Minzu University (XBMUYJRE202640).
