45-day old seedlings treated with 100 mM Na2CO3 for 24 h were harvested and isolated total RNA to construct cDNA library. EST sequences from cDNA library were sequenced randomly, and then were assembled by Cap3 software to obtain Unigene. Our manuscript “Physiological and molecular features of Puccinellia tenuiflora tolerating salt and alkaline-salt stress” have been accepted by Journal of Integrative Plant Biology.
