Supporting data for "The role of Staphylococcus strains in atopic dermatitis"

This dataset is the supporting data for the thesis titled "The role of <i>Staphylococcus strains</i> in atopic dermatitis". There are two folders to the dataset. The first part pertains to Chapter 2 of my thesis looking at the genetic differences between genotyped <i>Staphylococcus </i>strains. The second part pertains to Chapter 3 of my thesis looking at the phenotypic differences between sequenced <i>Staphylococcus</i> strains. Overall, this dataset contains both genomic and wet lab data that is used to elucidate staphylococcal strain differences in atopic dermatitis.
