Low-pass whole genome sequencing (approximately 1x coverage) was performed on human trophoblast stem cell-derived rotational organoids (hTOr) to assess copy number alterations following POLQ inhibition with novobiocin. Two hTSC lines (B31 and CT27) were treated with DMSO or novobiocin (50 uM) for 7 days. Genomic DNA was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq X Plus (150 bp paired-end reads). This dataset is associated with a study describing a rotational trophoblast organoid platform for modeling placental morphogenesis.
