Supplementary Material for Brancini et al., 2019 (in review)

The supplementary material pertains to a study about how light regulates gene expression in the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium acridum. The time-course study was performed after 5 min of light exposure and employed both RNA-Seq and high-throughput proteomics. The tables contain all relevant data for both RNA-Seq and proteomics, as well as a table in which both data sets are combined. More detailed explanations about the content of each table can be found in their respective files.
