Model-Based Cost–Utility Analysis of Inclisiran Added to Standard Care for Secondary Prevention of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease in Egypt: A Public Payer Perspective

This repository contains the final Excel-based Markov model developed for the cost–utility analysis of inclisiran added to standard of care for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease in Egypt from a public payer perspective. The model includes the model structure, transition probabilities, costs, health-state utilities, treatment effects, deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analyses, and model outputs used to estimate costs, quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs), and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs). The model was developed to support the economic evaluation reported in the associated research manuscript. The uploaded file represents the final model version used for the analysis. The model is provided for research, academic, and methodological transparency purposes. Users should review the model assumptions, input sources, parameter definitions, and methodological choices before adapting or reusing the model for other settings.
