By comparing with benchmark values, it is possible to evaluate the technological innovation capabilities of each technical efficacy in the field of infusion set processing's entire-process design, providing references for enterprise R&D decision-making and industry development. 1. Data Collection: Search and organize the patent data of the entire-process design industry for infusion set processing, and classify them into different technical efficacy categories based on the technical differences of patents, including efficiency improvement, pollution avoidance, and other similar scenarios. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total number of patents Z for each technical efficacy; stipulate that the ratio of the count of patents for efficiency improvement technical efficacy to the total patent count Z equals the proportion of efficiency improvement patents in the total patent volume, and the ratio of the count of patents for pollution avoidance technical efficacy to the total patent count Z equals the proportion of pollution avoidance patents in the total patent volume.
