Using Gong's data, go-to-market teams can analyze their activity, efficiency and
productivity, as well as their customers, prospects and market.

Views included:
- Calls
- Calls recorded
- Conversation contexts
- User Gong activities
- Trackers
- Conversation trackers
- Emails

Fields Included:
- Call title
- Call data and time
- Call owner
- Tracker occurences per call
- Opportunity IDs for each call
- User CRM ID
- Manager ID
- Gong activity type

Expected Workflow -

The integration can be initiated from the Gong application or through the Snowflake Marketplace.

1. Setting up the integration through the Gong application (available from May 2023):

a. Your company’s Gong technical administrator can set up the Gong-Snowflake integration from the “Company settings” page.

b. The technical administrator needs to provide the account locator and region in a simple form. Then, Gong will initiate the data share and a new “Share” will appear in your Snowflake account.

c. To activate the data share, your company’s Snowflake account administrator needs to create a database from the new share and grant permissions to the applicable users.

2. Setting up the integration through the Snowflake Marketplace:

a. Your company’s Snowflake administrator can submit a request for the Gong-Snowflake integration from the Snowflake Marketplace.

b. To do that, the administrator can go to the Gong listing in the Snowflake marketplace, and submit a request through ‘Contact Gong”.

c. Gong will reply with an instruction email on how to set up the integration.

d. Once the data share is created, to activate the data share, your company’s Snowflake account administrator needs to create a database from the new share and grant permissions to the applicable users.
