Port–Typhoon Suspension Notice Framework — Reproducibility Bundle v4

Reproducibility bundle (v4) for a multi-source data fusion framework that identifies port typhoon suspension events from official maritime notices. This archive includes:(1) notice inventory and data dictionary;(2) annotation guide and run instructions;(3) curated 2025 external hold-out supplements;(4) snapshot of key result tables/JSON used by the manuscript builders;(5) checksums for integrity verification. Primary analysis artefacts live in the companion code/results directories described in RUN.md.
