To understand to role of RIPK3 during tumor recurrence, we performed RNAseq to study the transcriptional response of mouse recurrent breast cancer cells to RIPK3 knockdown. Overall design: Recurrent tumor cells isolated and expanded from Her2 driven murine model of MTB/TAN tumor were silenced by two RIPK3 shRNA for RNAseq.
