Korea10K allele frequency information

Korea10K is an aggregate allele frequency resource built from whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data of ~10,000 Korean individuals. The release provides site-level allele counts and allele frequencies in Variant Call Format (VCF), together with the accompanying index files.This deposit contains aggregate summary statistics only. No individual-level genotypes, phenotypes, or identifying information are included or can be recovered from these files.The individual-level data will be available upon request to the authors.
