Clinically, topical Fu Huang ointment has achieved good results in the treatment of diabetic ulcers, but its specific mechanisms of action are unclear. Overall design: Firstly, diabetic ulcers animal model was established by using db/db mice combined with surgical resection. Secondly, after 7 days of administration, the exact therapeutic effect of Fu Huang ointment on diabetic ulcers was evaluated by observing the wound healing rate and detected the angiogenesis, granulation tissue formation, and inflammatory response in local wound tissue. Then, total RNA Sequencing was performed on the tissue samples of diabetic ulcers to screen core target genes to determine the regulatory mechanism by which Fu Huang ointment exerts its therapeutic effect. Finally, further verification was based on animal experiments.
