miRNA-Seq analysis of the early phase of BoMac cell stimulation with a viral and a bacterial pathogen associated molecular patterns

Purpose: To examine differential expression of miRNA in bovine macrophages under the influence of Toll-like receptor agonists. Goal: to study and understand the miRNA regulation of early phase of transcriptomic changes induced by Toll-like receptor in bovine macrophage cell line. Overall design: Examination of the effect of CpG and poly I:C on small RNA expression in BoMac cell line.
