Single-cell and bulk RNA Sequencing data of skin and/or blood samples from 9 bullous pemphigoid patients and 7 healthy individuals

This data is composed of single-cell transcriptome on donor-matched lesional and non-lesional skin from 4 bullous pemphigoid patients and blood samples from 2 bullous pemphigoid patients and 2 healthy individuals, as well as bulk transcriptome on blood samples from 5 bullous pemphigoid patients and 5 healthy individuals. Among them, all blood samples from bullous pemphigoid patients include peripheral blood mononuclear cells in both progressed and remission stages.
