The Electropulsed Platinum-coated Titanium Felt Dataset was developed to support the research on anode diffusion layers suitable for megawatt-class PEM water electrolysis for hydrogen production. This study centers on the interfacial contact resistance and corrosion resistance of titanium porous felts. The contact resistance and corrosion performance of the titanium felts before and after surface treatment were characterized using electrochemical analysis, four-probe method and other analytical techniques. The dataset includes the temporal variations of contact resistance and polarization current during long-duration anodic polarization, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images, linear polarization resistance (LPR) data, lifespan prediction results, third-party test reports, and other related experimental data.
