Towards patient-specific biomechanical human brain models - Dataset

This dataset accompanies the article “Towards patient-specific biomechanical human brain models.” It contains two simulation result folders - atrophy_9R: atrophy simulation with region-wise 9-region material parameters- atrophy_FA: atrophy simulation with voxel-wise FA-based material parameters Each folder contains one `.pvd` file and the associated `.pvtu` and `.vtu` files for visualization of the simulation results.
