RNA-seq data supporting DEHP-induced transcriptional changes in MCF10A cells

This dataset contains processed RNA-seq data derived from the human mammary epithelial cell line MCF10A treated with di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) or vehicle control (Par). RNA sequencing was performed externally, and differential expression analysis was conducted in-house. The dataset provided here includes normalized expression matrices and differential gene expression results in Excel format. No raw FASTQ files are included. Instead, this dataset contains the following: Expression matrix: normalized read counts for all detected genes Differential expression results: log2 fold-change, p-values, and adjusted p-values comparing DEHP vs Par The dataset allows users to reproduce downstream analyses (e.g., pathway enrichment, immune-related transcriptomic profiling) without re-processing raw sequencing data.
