Instance IDs aded: Plot-level wood-leaf separation for terrestrial laser scanning point clouds; originally by Wan et al. (2021)

Three point cloud plots originally published in https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.rfj6q5799 This edition of the dataset includes a new field `trunkID` where the wood points belonging to a single individual tree have a unique consistent ID, starting from 1. trunkID of -1 is used by non-wood points.
