looming-evoked escape saccades with moving background in Drosophila HS cell recordings

Raw data obtained through in-vivo patch-clamp (current clamp) during tethered flight in Drosophila melanogaster. Flies were head-fixed such that the wings were able to move freely. Behavior is quantified by measuring wing stroke amplitude of the left and right wings. Recordings were done in HS (horizontal system) cells of females.
