RNA-seq of AFP-positive and negative liver tissues in LiKM mice

RNA-seq of AFP-positive and negative liver tissues in LiKM (KrasG12D mutation and Mdm2 loss in the liver) mice. This study was aimed to clarify gene expression profile of AFP-positive cells in LiKM mice to clarify their characteristics. Total RNA was collected from AFP-positive and negative liver tissues of LiKM mice at 4 months of age.本数据集为LiKM小鼠（肝脏携带KrasG12D突变且存在Mdm2缺失）中甲胎蛋白阳性（Alpha-fetoprotein, AFP）与阴性肝组织的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。本研究旨在明确LiKM小鼠中甲胎蛋白阳性细胞的基因表达谱，以解析其生物学特征。实验收集了4月龄LiKM小鼠的甲胎蛋白阳性与阴性肝组织的总RNA用于测序分析。
